Xeronema callistemon

A New Zealand native that is also known as 'Poor Knight's Lily' due to its island origin. It has large, green, sword shaped leaves and grows bristle brush shaped flowers in a rusty red colour from Spring to early Summer. A rare find that tolerates costal conditions and is ideal for containers.
